This week at church we have mission conference. Tonight Dr. Creed preached on the verse,
Jeremiah 33:3 "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."
He taught us that God has some really great things planned for us that we just have NO idea what they are. We are missing out on them, cause we wont trust God to show us what He has planned for us, what He wants to use us for, and what He wants to do thru us.
So just a thought and a challenge.
Thanks for posting this, especially since I wasn't able to be there. I work evening shift Thursday and Friday so won't be able to make it till Sunday. Feel free to post a summary of the next couple of nights!
ReplyDeleteSheila, wasn't that an amazing message last night??God truly wants to do something amazing in our lives. So often we hinder Him by not asking!!!!!!! Can't wait to see what the rest of the week holds!!!!!!
